Paperback so one has to be careful using the cookbook not to tear the pages It is easy to read and use with simple recipes to make upCons:Not enough recipes. It only gives so many recipes which would be cheaper if search on the internet for the recipes.
This isn’t worth the money. There are books available with far more information and better recipes for the same cost.
I HAVE ONLY TRIED 2 RECIPES (MOROCCAN CHICKEN AND CRANBERRY-GLAZED PORK CHOPS), AND I ENJOYED THEM BOTH. LOOKING FORWARD TO TRYING OTHER RECIPES.

Recipes sound good but there is no nutritional breakdown for beginners...

There are no breakdowns of nutrients, which are KEY to a kidney patient. We all have different requirements. Are you on dialysis or not? It is so hard when you try to cook because potassium and phosphorus are vital yet they are not required on the label. So, to cook one of your recipes, first you have to look up every single item and figure out the nutrients, which takes a long time. Fatigue is huge with kidney patients and the easier the better. I would take another cookbook over this one for these reasons. My advice is to come back with a nutrient breakdown of each recipe, then I would try them.
I ordered 5 Renal Diet cookbooks. This book is by far the best!!!! Recipes are easy and use standard ingredients. Thank you!!!
